Factory Engineer
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering only./Minimum 2 years of work experiences in service/maintenance engineer in machinery, automotive, robot, automation industry, and manufacturing. /Thai Nationality- This is a permanent, full-time role working within the Service Department.
- Perform work on-site about 50% with tele-services of machines (laser welders, laser markers, spot welding, etc.), tools and associated equipment. Our current service areas are in Thailand and ASEAN countries, mainly in Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Cambodia.
- Visit customer regularly or upon request for routine service of machines and associated equipment.
- Carry out in-house repair and calibration work for resistance welders.
- Inspect, diagnose, and rectify machine failure operation, problems, breakdowns. Including execute new machine installation with team, test run of machine and provide training to users of its machine operation, maintenances, and safety aspects.
- Generate service reports and proposals upon customers’ query.
- Provide services to customers or any parties with high value of service mind.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering only.
- Minimum 2 years of work experiences in service/maintenance engineer in machinery, automotive, robot, automation industry, and manufacturing. Direct work experience in service/ maintenance of laser welding machines will be an advantage.
- Understand systems, functions of welding machines, electrical controls, electronic, etc. with well understanding of its drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Own car and driving license. (willing to use car for service business is preferable).
- Basic level of computer literacy skills; MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows OS, etc.
- Good command of written and spoken English skill (Business Level). After acquiring sufficient skills, this position may be required to service for overseas customers once in every few months.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work individual and team player.
- Able to work under pressure with highly responsible, analytical and systematics.
- Have interpersonal communication skill e.g., able to communicate both internal and external of organization with all levels in any circumstances.
- Be flexible on working hours, require traveling upcountry and overseas for some certain period when it’s necessary.
