- Data summary and follow up problem of new model
- Set up activity protect quality problem and make activity decrete in process defect
- Set up activity for protection defect out flow to next process
- Confirm countermeasure for quality problem
- New model preparation and production control
- Evaluation working of operator
- Approve application leave of operator in this process
- Bachelor’s degree
- Electronic Engineer or Electrical Engineer
- Experience: At least 1 year in SMT production
- Male or Female
- 24 - 30 years old
- Good command in Computer, Microsoft Office program, and English language
- Production line management
- SMT machine programing and operation
- Reasonable and Leadership
