- Set sales plans and goals for the sales team.
- Create activity plans to stimulate sales of new customer groups.
- Supervise and provide advice to the sales team.
- Direct and coordinate the team's customer service to ensure customers are properly cared for.
- Prepare a plan summarizing expected orders for each month and report to sales on a monthly basis.
- Prepare a monthly sales progress report to send to the Japanese supervisor.
- Coordinate with the Japanese supervisor to discuss the necessary business plans for increasing sales efficiency.
- Explore new business opportunities
- Maintain customer satisfaction and build good relationships with customers.
- Prepare a travel schedule to meet customers
- Answer technical questions/inquiries from customers
- Male or female, age not more than 40 years.
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of industry sales experience for MGR and 3 years for sales engineer.
- Have an understanding of the automotive parts production process
- Experience working with Japanese people Able to communicate with executives Supervisors and customers who are Japanese will be given special consideration.
- Have a good working attitude, positive thinking, and have team management skills.
- Experience in organizing various events to promote sales
- Can speak Japanese at N2 level or above.
