- Report to the Direcotor and MD.
- Develop and update compensation, benefits by monitoring market trend and analyze statistical data and reports.
- Implement and update HR and company policies, job duties, salary and promotion system

- Age 45-50 Years
- Bachelor degree.
- 10 years up experience in HR&GA department.
- Good Command in English ( Spoken and written)
- Able to work both independent and in a team.
