Job Detail

1.Manage and oversees all human resources operations for improvement and resolves problems.
2.Implement effectiveness Manpower planning with focused solutions. Support business unit restructures and transformation
3.Develop and implement a succession planning process for key positions
4.Work closely with management to improve employee work efficiency, relationships, engagement, retention and performance.
5.Oversee performance management, employee relations, organization design and effectiveness, organization development, talent management and succession planning.
6.Ensure proper job definition/ evaluation and application of competitive pay/ rewards programs. Identify opportunities to improve/ address compensation distribution.
7.Identify professional development needs for individuals and business units coaching needs.
8.Manage the budget and other financial measures of the Human Resources Management Division.
9.Propose legal and company rules regarding compensation and benefits.

Job Requirement

- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Team management skills
- Based on professional knowledge, should be able to guide the team in problem resolution.
- Must identify the problem areas having financial impact and solutions to the management.
- Capacity building of team through trainings based on professional knowledge and Experience.
- Developing Subordinates & empowering them
- Initiative, Problem Solving/Crisis Management/ Risk Taking abilities.
